TouchBase Meeting Management is meeting management module integrated with projects. It helps user schedule meetings within a project or outside. Meeting agenda and minutes of the meeting can be digitised. The open MOM points can be tracked at any time across all the meetings for a project.

It provides a an efficient way to schedule a meeting by mentioning relevant details. This is integrated with MS Outlook so it automatically schedules an Outlook meeting.

A meeting template can be created for different types of meetings. The template can define a structure of capturing meeting details. Once the templates are defined, meetings of those types can be quickly created from templates.

The meeting organiser can select the participants that are required/optional for the meeting. An e-mail is then sent to all the participants about the meeting. It also creates an MS Outlook meeting invite that participants can accept to block their calendars.

Allows to digitise meeting minutes so that minutes of all the past project meetings can be seen quickly. A minute can have description, type, due date, status, etc.

Action points discussed in the meeting can be assigned to individual attendees. The action point can have a schedule, description, status, linked issues, and an attached document.

After the meeting, its minutes can be printed and shared with relevant stakeholders.

Any open action points of the meeting minutes can be tracked till closure.
