Job Title: Inside Sales
Job Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Experience: 0 to 4 years
We are looking for an Inside Sales Professional with minimum 1-2 years of experience in the area of Enterprise Software sales in the overseas regions like North America and Middle East. A good understanding of the CRM, ERP, Project Management would be a plus. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and can work in a fast-paced environment. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing sales deals with clients over the phone, email, or online chat.
Conduct research to identify potential clients and generate leads.
Lead generation activity using cold calling, social media, and other channels.
Maintain reporting dashboard and other documentation.
Assist in developing the marketing collateral/required material to introduce the product.
Build relationships with clients and identify their needs.
Answer client questions and provide information on our products and services.
Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
Document all client interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop new sales strategies and improve sales processes.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Sales certification or training is a plus.
