Job Summary:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Professional with minimum 1-2  years of experience in the area of Enterprise Software sales in the overseas regions like North America and Middle East. A good understanding of the CRM, ERP, Project Management would be a plus. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and can work in a fast-paced environment. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing sales deals with clients over the phone, email, or online chat.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and generate leads.
  • Lead generation activity using cold calling, social media, and other channels.
  • Maintain reporting dashboard and other documentation.
  • Assist in developing the marketing collateral/required material to introduce the product.
  • Build relationships with clients and identify their needs.
  • Answer client questions and provide information on our products and services.
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Document all client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop new sales strategies and improve sales processes.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Sales certification or training is a plus.
