Job Title: Inside Sales

We are looking for an Inside Sales Professional with minimum 1-2 years of experience in the area of Enterprise Software sales in the overseas regions like North America and Middle East. A good understanding of the CRM, ERP, Project Management would be a plus. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and can work in a fast-paced environment. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing sales deals with clients over the phone, email, or online chat.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Lead generation activity using cold calling, social media, and other channels.
- Maintain reporting dashboard and other documentation.
- Assist in developing the marketing collateral/required material to introduce the product.
- Build relationships with clients and identify their needs.
- Answer client questions and provide information on our products and services.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Document all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new sales strategies and improve sales processes.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Sales certification or training is a plus.
