Sr. Process Description
1 TouchBase-CRM CRM or customer relationship management. This includes Account/Customer, Marketing Campaigns/Leads, Opportunities/Proposal, contact management etc
2 TouchBase-Bid This process is mainly followed in EPC industry. Here the bid is received by the business development manager. The bid document is reviewed for initial feasibility. The document is further circulated to different heads like electrical, mechanical for time/effort estimation. A consolidated proposal is being prepared followed by clarifications, negotiation, results etc.
3 TouchBase-Support This process allows you to manage your post delivery customer support. When a complaint is received, the customer support engineer logs it into the system. The system can also be configured that customer directly can log the complaint into the system. After the complaint has been reviewed to validate its correctness, origin, scope, priority etc, the complaint is forwarded to support engineer for fixing the issue and subsequently the customer is informed as soon as the problem is fixed. It is also possible to ensure the agreed upon SLA’s are compliant within the support system.
4 TouchBase-Project Request Customers having deployed the SAP or Oracle ERP system expect its users of different functions to send request in pre defined excel sheet through email. The recipient after taking the due approval then executes the request and import the attached excel data in the SAP system through custom program already written. This entire process can be automated using the ERP request process.  For instance, the creation of project code in SAP system or updating the no of man power in a production line to update the costs etc.
5 TouchBase-Calibration Customers engaged in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry needs to maintain their equipments in terms of their calibration etc and certain compliances. With TouchBase process, you can manage the complete assets and then track each equipment to next calibration date.
6 TouchBase-Patent This helps customer managing its entire patent management process right from the application preparation, getting the priority data, tracking each application throughout its lifecycle.
7 TouchBase-Idea This manages & encourages innovation. With this process, user can capture any idea and send it to innovation officer. After its review of viability, value and alignment with the company vision, the idea is sent to innovation board to take appropriate action. Initiator of the idea is kept informed of the progress and transparency and speed with which the idea gets processed encourages employee to make innovation a habit.
8 TouchBase-QMS In any automotive production line, its common practice to do quality checks and report the any anomaly at any station. TouchBase automates that process where such quality checks are captured in the process, any anomaly is reported to the respective manager via SMS and then appropriate corrective action is taken and the process gets completed.
9 TouchBase-Review In any engineering industry, several drawings need to be approved. Each drawing follows a well defined process from the drawing engineer to manager to cross functional approval etc.
